Rental Conditions

Payments for rentals can only be made with Visa or Mastercard. A valid photo ID with an address in the Greater Montreal Area is also obligatory.

The client shall pay 40% of the total rental amount as a non-refundable deposit upon reservation of any item(s), and the balance thereof upon receipt of the item(s). The item(s) shall be returned on the date stipulated herein, failing which client shall pay a daily late fee, equal to 20% of the total rental amount, until the date all items are returned or deemed lost. Any item(s) not returned within 20 business days from the return date shall be deemed lost. Client shall pay the replacement value of any lost item(s) and the repair costs of any damaged item(s), upon determination thereof by Malabar. Client hereby authorizes Malabar to charge any and all of the above payments to the credit card provided by client and approved by Malabar.
